Veel App Inc. ("Veel," "we," "us," or "our") operates the Veel video and audio dating platform, including our website and mobile apps (together, the "Service"). All live video and voice calls on Veel are protected with end-to-end encryption, and we do not capture, record, or store their content on our servers. We also use access controls, encryption of stored data, and regular security reviews. That said, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we can't guarantee absolute protection.

7. Cookies and Similar Technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember your preferences, and understand how Veel is used. You can control cookies through your browser or device settings; disabling them may limit some features.

8. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• Access, correct, or update your personal information
• Request deletion of your account and associated data
• Withdraw consent for optional processing, such as location-based matching
• Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority

This Refund Policy explains how refunds work for Veel subscriptions and in-app purchases. By purchasing a subscription or any paid feature, you agree to the terms below.

2. Subscriptions and Billing

Paid Veel plans renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel before the renewal date. You're charged through the payment method on file, or through the app store account you subscribed with.

3. Eligibility for Refunds

We consider refund requests in cases such as:

• A duplicate or accidental charge
• A technical issue that stopped you from using a feature you paid for, reported within 48 hours of purchase
• An unauthorized charge on your account
• A purchase made by a minor without parental consent, once verified

We review requests case by case and aren't obligated to issue a refund outside these circumstances.

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following are generally non-refundable:

• Any part of a subscription period you've already used
• Virtual items, coins, or gifts you've already sent or redeemed
• Calls or matches you've already completed

5. How to Request a Refund

Email support@veelapp.com with your account email, the date of the charge, and the reason for your request. We aim to respond within 3 business days.

6. Purchases Through the App Store or Google Play

If you subscribed or paid through Apple's App Store or Google Play, your payment is handled and refunded by Apple or Google, not by Veel directly. Request a refund through:

We're glad to help you find the right purchase, but the refund decision is theirs to make.

7. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

8. Cancelling Your Subscription

You can cancel anytime from your Veel account settings or your app store's subscription settings. Cancelling stops future renewals, but it doesn't automatically refund the current billing period.

9. Chargebacks

If you have a billing concern, please contact us first at support@veelapp.com so we can help resolve it. Filing a chargeback with your bank before reaching out to us may result in a temporary hold on your account while the dispute is reviewed.
